Frequently Asked Questions

When and where will the Raid des Alizés - Martinique take place?

The ninth edition of the Raid des Alizés – Martinique will take place from 8 December to 13 December 2026 in Martinique. The event will bring together teams of 2 and 3 participants.

Fill in the pre-registration form on the Registration page to start your registration process for the Raid des Alizés-Martinique and receive all the administrative documents by email (registration pack, rules, sponsorship pack). The Raid des Alizés – Martinique team will support you throughout the registration process.

You don’t need to be an experienced athlete to take part, the raid is above all an opportunity to share 5 days centred around the values of the raid: respect for nature, sharing, surpassing oneself, solidarity, respect, courage, endurance, mutual aid…
However, a good physical preparation is highly recommended if you want to enjoy the event as much as possible.

To help you join an incomplete team or form a team with two other adventurers in your situation, you can try posting an advert on social networks, or contact us.

Don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll probably be able to put you in touch with other people who don’t have a team.

You’ll find plenty of advice on how to get to Martinique in top physical condition on the Physical Preparation page.

For a team of 3 participants, the registration fee is 10,861.65 euros (10,140 euros excl. VAT) per team departing from Paris-Orly (including 3 return plane tickets) and 9,264 euros (8,550 euros excl. VAT) for local teams.

You’ll find plenty of tools to help you in your search for funding on the Financing your project page.

The precise route is a surprise that will be revealed to competitors as the adventure unfolds. A part of mystery inherent to the raid’s DNA, but the promise of crossing Martinique’s most beautiful natural landscapes and experiencing an unforgettable sporting and human adventure.

A team’s pre-registration is validated as soon as the online registration has been validated and the deposit cheque for €900 made payable to TV Sport Events has been received. A team is considered definitively registered once full payment has been received by the deadline, September 20.

If your registration includes airfare from Paris, you can choose between different return dates to Metropolitan France (at no extra charge for airfare): dates to be determined for the 2026 edition.
